Job Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish the personal and team annual performance goals;
2. Understand personal (team) progress in the project undertaken, determine the project undertaking strategy, divide the labor and provide support for the team members; participate in the coordination of the project quality, progress, security, payment collection and audit work, and feedback related information to the functional departments or leaders of the company;
3. Arrange, lead and coordinate the work of the relevant personnel within the team, check and implement the work, participate in the preliminary review, project contract review of the team and implement according to the review opinion;
4. Propose or develop team business training program and implement the program for the training of marketing personnel;
5. Participate in the development of corporate marketing policies and make proposals for the existing marketing system, strategy and other aspects;
6. Participate in the market development of other places;
7. According to the company's assessment principles, develop the team's internal evaluation program and implement the allocation.
Job Requirements:
1. Working in the construction intelligent industry or architectural decoration marketing positions for more than 8 years, with strong communication ability and certain management experience and ability; for business manager, 2-3 years of marketing and similar experience is acceptable.
2. Skilled at the computer operation, familiar with the bidding laws, regulations and policies in each region.
